Perspective Puppy

Playing around with pencil pastels (General's and Stabilo) on Strathmore Toned Gray.  I really enjoy the blendability of the pastels (contrasted with colored pencils) and am looking forward to learning how to use them properly.  I'm confused about whether it is considered a drawing or painting - I'm sticking with drawing for now.

I found the puppy by a Google search and couldn't resist.  I think the forced perspective puppies are adorable.  Finished size is tiny, about 5" x 7,"
